ShipMathLab performs calculator operations in your browser and does not require an account. Calculator inputs are not intentionally transmitted to or stored by ShipMathLab.

Basic technical data

Hosting providers may process standard request information such as IP address, browser type, requested page, and timestamps for security and service operation. Their handling is governed by their own terms.

First-party analytics

ShipMathLab uses cookie-free, first-party analytics to understand aggregate traffic. It records the requested page, date, referring website's hostname, a broad source channel such as Google, ChatGPT, GitHub, or direct/unknown, and whether the browser was deliberately marked as an internal testing device. A daily anonymous visitor identifier is created from standard request information with a private salt; the original IP address and browser string are not stored in the analytics database, and the identifier changes each day. Do Not Track browser signals are respected.

Search crawler measurement

Requests from a short list of identifiable search and AI crawler user agents are counted separately by crawler name, date, and requested page. These crawler requests are not included in public visitor totals and are used only to understand whether search services can discover the site.

Advertising

ShipMathLab is preparing an application to use Google AdSense. Ads are not currently active. An AdSense connection tag may be present while Google reviews the site. If advertising is enabled, third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies or similar identifiers to serve and measure ads based on a visitor's prior visits to this and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables Google and its partners to serve personalized or non-personalized ads.

Visitors can manage or opt out of personalized advertising in Google Ads Settings. Where consent is required, ShipMathLab will use a Google-certified consent management platform before serving personalized advertising.

Products and partner links

The site does not currently process payments and has no active affiliate links. If a merchant checkout is connected, that provider will process order and payment information under its own terms. Approved partner links will be marked, use a sponsored-link attribute, and may earn ShipMathLab a commission without changing the buyer's price.

Your choices

You can use the calculators without creating an account. You can enable your browser's Do Not Track setting to prevent the first-party analytics request. Advertising consent and privacy controls will be provided where required.
